I placed an order a month and a half before Christmas and with a week and a half to go the order hadn't arrived. I emailed rimisneakers with my concern and they sent out a replacement order with fast shipping so that it would arrive before Christmas, which it did. The original order then turned up about 3 weeks later and they told me to keep that as well. The customer service was excellent and they went out of their way to make sure I received my goods in time for Christmas. I have ordered with rimisneakers before and had no issues and the quality is excellent as usual.
